Grilled center cut pork chops topped with a stew of green peppers, onions, cannellini beans, tomatoes, capers, eggplant and roasted garlic, served with garlic mashed potatoes.
Wine Special-
Barone Fini Merlot- This Merlot comes from northern Italy and has flavors of ripe, rich cherries and plums. The wine has a beautifull balance with a long velvety finish.
