EVENTS Farm Dinner Join us for “ A Celebration of the Season.” On Wednesday, September 24, 2008, Chef/Owner Craig Charlton will create a four course dinner incorporating local, organic products from Keewaydin Farm in Viola, WI. Farm owner Rufus Haucke will share his experiences and challenges of operating a small family farm. Gary Cuneen, Executive Director of Seven Generations Ahead, a non profit organization dedicated to solving global environmental problems with local solutions, will speak to the connections of the farm to table philosophy. An artisan cheese and wine reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. followed by a sit-down family style dinner at 7:00 p.m.
Live Music Returns to Trattoria 225! The Compass Rose Qunitet will be returning for Third Friday on Harrison on September 19th. We are excited, as these guys always put on a great show! Feel free to check out their website www.compassrosequintet.com and buy some music :) Oak Park Farmers' Market Cooking Demo On Saturday, October 11th from 9am-11am Craig will be doing a food demo at the market showcasing fresh market items from local growers. We are not sure what we will be sharing but come hungry.

Artisan Cheese Dinner Anniversary Party Saturday, June 28, 2008 was our one year anniversary! Doesn't it seem like only yesterday? We have reached that one year milestone and shared our gratitude and joy with all our friends, neighbors and supporters. We had a complementary pig roast to share our momentous occasion. Here is a picture of the spread Craig and Mike created after roasting a pig.
